Free offers and the miscomprehension, they often come with complicated conditions. From December 2025, the Gambling commission new regulations around predatory conditions.

Points to consider:

What can the Welsh Gov do in terms of advertising and a watershed ban.

Impact on children and young people.

Advertising on sports events.

Contact local authorities in regard to the banning of advertising in bus shelters.

Support to Adferiad and ARA and the location of a specific centre in Wales for people experincing Gambling Harms.
